Welcome to Ralston's Restaurant in St. Albans, Vermont. Located on 54 North Main Street, this recently renovated space is the home to a prominent historic property with it origins spanning back to the early 19th century.
Today, through the City of Saint Albans and acclaimed culinary vision of Chef Michael Boomhower, the restaurant serves up a modern yet approachable take on French-New England cuisine, offering regionally-sourced plates, paired with wines, cocktails and local beers. Inside, you'll find a nostalgic charm while surrounded by the warmth of Americana, with food that's both familiar and fresh, and feels like stepping into a memory that's been updated for today's tastes.
